Its on a leash currently same thing happened in the 5cent area....why not sure suppose certain people perhaps dont want it any higher
No explanation for these prices considering it was higher when it had billions of shares and the new area of interest was not hot property....news will fix that
Expect something soon hence the accumulation well looks like it
