Why would directors sell shares to exercise options, I would have thought handsome wages would cover any converting costs ? I hope they do convert !
Who said they were at mates rates ? They were issued at .065¢ and going by the shareprice at the time I think thats a great result ! Those that dont have the luxury of huge pay packets may sell a few to convert the 22.9 million options that run out in just over 3 weeks @.065¢ --- nearly double todays shareprice.
