"Recent Capital raised of $582k will be used to purchase stock to sell in the Christmas period"

When they already have on Deposit approx. $1.3m with manufacturer AEE. This a prepayment for inventory.

And an inventory of 6,300 units (Wholesale Value of $1.085m).

Unless of course the capital raise is to keep the lights on and Sean's Deliveroo lunch order paid.
