Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form, page-4

Hi all

I know many of you have been here longer than me.

I unfortunately bought in 1 day before the halt. I have been in phone conversations over the past few weeks with the directors (not gus) and encourage anyone who can make it down to the AGM to come down.

Also to fill out the proxy form and vote against resolution 2.

A lot of work has been going on in the background and I believe Tolga has been involved with assisting them with possible projects.

I own 1 million and will be voting against resolution 2 and I hope anyone here will do the same. I'll also be at the AGM.

Hopefully we can then move onwards.

I have been sick to death with this suspension and do believe the best foot forward will be with a revamped board.
