I have already started some posting railing against it, but hardly any support here so far for my strong opposition. See another thread.

But I haven't really got started yet. I'm waiting to read the Remuneration Report before getting serious!

I just hope that HC people and shareholders can see how arrogant and unreasonable the Resolutions are. I appreciate that Wade Evans was promised an incentive scheme or plan when he started, so I might go light on him!! But as for the Directors, indeed, 'who do think they are!!'

Furthermore, if they have misled us and the market about all of the underwritten shares having issued (see an above post) when in fact they hadn't, then it could get 'heavy'.
