There seems to be a good level of liquidity around this 20c region, with any bids of size being sold into.
It looks as though the prospect of 3x uplift from the 6.5c placement is an easy sell for some, not willing to look beyond the NOX ICO coming online.
Hopefully this will start to tighten up leading into the ICO. Should NOX get away well and trade up in the secondary market, I think it's safe to assume that we will see an uplift in ICI from here.
There is obviously a level of risk in ICI at these prices until the NOX ICO closes and starts trading on the secondary market.
