Since Sept 25th when JRV broke above 20c in 'explosive fashion', I've been watching very closely. More recently (last 2 weeks), I've been studying the daily chart and watching nearly every trade go through, especially on the close. It looks like stock is being distributed at these prices, presumably by a broker or trader with deep pockets (but I won't name names). I reckon the buyer is also the seller and has been leading prices up with prop bids to fatten the buy depth and bring out new money whilst selling into the higher prices.


Since the 25th, the SP has closed in the lower half of the daily range more often than not. This suggests the buyers ran it up but the seller came in late to knock it down. Also a sign of distribution. The close has looked manipulated a number of times with small <1000 share orders to move the price up a tick higher.


It's all in the tea leaves IMO.

CMF has been in decline since around the 25th Sept and fell below the zero line yesterday.
MACD crossed below the signal line yesterday.
CCI teetering on a cross below zero.
Stochs not in overbought territory but still in the upper range. Not close to oversold yet.

There's also a strong possibility of another CR around the corner otherwise JRV will be forced to liquidate their investments in ELT & EXU or dispose of the Bullabulling royalty on the cheap.

... and just for the record. I'm not here to downramp! I'm genuinely interested in JRV from a fundamental point of view but there's no point rushing in at what I believe to be the top (for now). Once the post CR shine wears off and those who needed to make their profits have done so, JRV will hopefully form a base at around 20c IMO.
