Yes. Have a real question mark over this one. Govt gets 10% free regardless, 30% by "agreement" and 5% royalties on the goods. I can understand Govt ensuring due regard for the nation but it does seem a bit counter-productive slicing a slab like that and I guess the word "agreement" is the operative. Still, AVM appeared fairly determined to take a substantial position and I believe BT knows his stuff. It appears to me that it's the good ground that interests him and the diversification factor.
