Sold 500k @ .016 - I am seriously so bad with my entries and exits! Causes me so much mental pain. I seem to be able to pick stocks well enough, but the execution is terrible - something I really need to focus on getting better at. One look at the sell side stacking and pips falling and I was rushing to the sell button.

Has been a few recent bad examples of this for me lately too - AVZ and ELS mainly, I enter both at 2.7c and 28c respectively, but did not ride the waves and make the profit I should have - in both cases I was very quick to sell at the slightest hint of a re-trace, and then when it didn't I would try and chase my 'losses' (lost 'potential profit') and as a result didn't make a killing. Made about 200% on AVZ and 100% on ELS when it could have been closer to 400-500% and 400% respectively.

Anyway, here to learn... Here is an update from me;

I've been trading for around 11 months now, and have done well in that time compared to what the 'norm' seems to be, but never good enough by my standards!

My FY16-17 P&L was -$2k
So far my FY17-18 P&L is +$24k which is around 194% on my capital investment of roughly $12,400

So... I can't complain, but I can't become complacent either!
