Possibly. We won't know what they are doing as they are no longer a substantial holder. Maybe theyy wanted free-carried status for the remainder, maybe they will hold for the next run, maybe they are just patiently selling the rest as they can at or above the 1.6c purchase price. Only they know I guess.
