the shareholder meeting agenda ....
A) Appoint 4 new directors - GW plus the old 3
B) Sack the current board
C) Sack CGA or Naos or anyone else that thinks they might be managing the $200m portfolio
D) Appoint 4 new managers of $50m each
E) Change the name to "Shareholders Microcaps Limited"
Then watch the performance improve, the NTA and share price go up, a return to useful shareholder updates and have independent board members that own shares and give a s#*t about shareholders.
Alas, I awoke to realise it was but a dream and were still locked in to this horrible CTN nightmare!
