    I wounder if one of the reasons S2R has got an option in Nevada is because drilling etc. can go all year round unlike Finland and Sweden with their long and severe winters as well as the snow thaw in spring. Perhaps if Polar Bear had gone to plan maybe they wouldn't have gone to Nevada.
