Not sure who sold you that fantasy about NTU or the one about LYC but if there is anyone going into receivership soon it will be LYC, even with record NdPr prices they couldn't manage to make any inroads into the US$1/4 billion worth of debt and now the prices have started falling their losses will only increase. Even more once the new supplies of NdPr come on the market next year. They've dodged the bullet previously but may not be so lucky this time, maybe NTU and its Chinese partners can pick up a cheap processing plant in Malaysia and put LYC out of its misery once and for all.
