Good point. If you take that logic then yes you would be correct, if he is appointed immediately after the AGM then it is something that should be raised with the ASX or even ASIC. Unless it is put right in front of them though they will not act upon it.

I have to admit the response by the company to the looming 2nd strike and Board Spill is smelly and rather underhanded. Legitimate? Maybe but unless someone does some serious digging it will go unnoticed outside a few angry shareholders.

The other thing is the slippery changes from TAU to Jimmy Choo Choo and the movement of the AHF shares out of AHF into Jimmy Choo Choo and the appointment of Elizabeth Hackett as the Chair for Jimmy Choo Choo. Slippery working to say the least as those shares may not have qualified to vote but now would, at face value, be seen as legitimate votes.

I do continue to wonder why there is no heralding of Paul Morrell as the saviour and new wonder bread Director for the company and shouting from the rooftops of his credentials and achievements that will give shareholders comfort of his cornerstone placement and devout belief in their strategy as he has been so duly informed.

This one has me beat, it is over to the shareholders now and then those with an alternative to rescue this if that is the way the votes go.
