"Mr Carosa and Dominet remain Crowd Mobile’s major shareholder with an aggregate holding of 9.57% following the sale and the sale represents less than 20% of their total shareholding. The transaction was completed by Mr Carosa to help extinguish a personal liability"

The transaction was completed by Mr Carosa to help extinguish a personal liability as stated in the announcement. Does it really matter what personal liability it was?

The market views any director selling shares as negative but sometimes directors need the cash. HIGHLY unlikely Mr Carosa would sell if there was any negative news coming out.

Now that anyone that wanted to sell has sold the market will stabilize and IMO head back up to where it was previously.
You can already see in the market depth and the lack of trades today that the share price seems to have stabilized
