my guess is that the legal changes have sufficiently dampened the mood of investors. know that 16% dilution the moment they become developers and the government can forcibly acquire a further 50% just for fun isn't great. then the increase in royalties to 6% is another sucker punch.
Its a shame because it looked like a pretty sweet resource too. I don't think Tanzania is foreign mining friendly anymore.
