I don't see any problem here. He needed the money for whatever purpose (new house, ex-wife, whatever), so offloaded a modest bundle of shares to institutions at a small discount, still has a lot of skin in the game.
Move on, nothing to see here.
If anything, today's drop gives a nice little buyer's bonus for anyone with spare cash to invest in a company with growing revenue.
