Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-13

Some disappointing price action, thought it would be trading much better than 6.5.
I continue to hold all, I'm too stubborn to sell under 10cents, few highlights:

- Steins added another 2M. Thats definitely a vote of confidence, these guys were also on the register for AVZ early on.
- AVZ seems to be turning around nicely on the back of lithium movers. Should bring interest back into this region.

- Klaus mentioned I think a multiple weeks ago since his AVZ success major players have wanted to team up with him, the mans hot and I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls a few strings over for TAR.
- CAV (Klaus Calderwood shell) still trading a major premium to us.
- I've noticed quite a few shells doing acquisition for compliance purposes and am curious as to if Klaus has more tenements planned here. Once again Steins wouldn't add 2M post acquisition unless their confident this tenement has something of value and/or there are more tenements coming.
