In the segments like honey and milk (where the cows and bees might only grow to a certain size - lol), there is still opportunity over time to capital deepen, and make higher margins. Their margins are already high. Can some of that rub off on HRL's existing businesses (and vice versa) and boost the margins of the whole merged entity? Also cross selling works in this industry, as long as the certifications are in line.
