It "should" just include seeking to ratify this from 21 April. "Please find attached an Appendix 3B in relation to the issue of the following securities: • 37,588,208 ordinary shares at $0.003 per share in relation to the payment of consulting fees owed by the Company".
Not sure if company has done any other deals this year that involved the issue of shares.
Probably also seek approval for that now standard 10% placement facility.
