    Oct 17 (Reuters) - Blue Sky Alternatives Access Fund Ltd (BAF) :

    • Announces 1 for 4 non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise up to approximately $48.9 million
    • Issue price for offer will be $1.14 per new share
