Nice downramp attempt but story is a bit old, the investigation began in 2014 and the investments totaling more then $1b are still less then the cost of Lynas white elephant. Compare that with the pilot plant that NTU is completing on a shoestring budget and you can see why it NTU will be able to turn a profit unlike LYC which is still struggling with its debt despite high NdPr prices.
