Perhaps there really is a good cobalt asset that the Chinese are starting to evaluate
Perhaps there will be a jv with the Chinese and a commodity based loan and CFE becomes well funded
If all the perhaps convert then look at the price of CLQ that went from 10c to $1.40 when the Chinese got involved under similar circumstances.
I fortunately own some CLQ.
