So @antistar we can run some hypotheticals here for ICI, based on their previous market update, which is worded pretty loosely to be honest. It's fair to assume that the ASX has had a hand in what ICI were looking to originally do, to now be a gaming publishing platform to be paid in NOX.

There's no doubt that if the NOX ICO gets away smoothly and is fully subscribed, this will be pivotal to the success of the Nitro platform going forward, which will then flow through to ICI.

So with an agreement in place for ICI to be paid 3,000,000 NOX per annum (how many years is this agreement for?), this at today's ETH / USD rate=

3mil divided by 800 = 3,750ETH

3,750ETHx $343ETH/USD = USD$1,286,250

USD $1,286,250 / $0.7873 AUD/USD = AUD$1,633,748 fee from the Nitro platform p.a.

Please correct me if my assumptions are incorrect. Obviously if ETH continues to appreciate on the crypto secondary market, this will have a direct flow on effect to the annual fee in AUD$ terms for ICI.
