Well AJM announced 3 weeks ago that they were over 50% complete (after starting in May) and that they were still on track for Q1 production, so I doubt they will be flip-flopping on that anytime soon.

As for what you have heard, the only rumour of this I have heard was in the twitterverse and it came from someone who works for a company not even contracting on AJM. So at the moment you are 100% speculating. It may happen, it may not. Progress to date looks good so for now I will reserve judgement.
