Really all boils down to what loans Directors have made to company. A heap went sideways to pacify liquidators? of one of Streeters affairs who were chasing assets. The ARV shares owned by FOX were used as collateral when the loan from Streeter was called due (by Streeter) in order to satisfy the third party liquidators.
I think - anyway that's how it was reported to shareholders via the Fox resources website.
