    AWE is to pay KEY $0.38M and also up to $1.9M for rehab costs
    KEY is getting $2.28M

    So what is AWE getting ?
    Other than getting rid of it and any other liabilities that may develop

    Maybe AWE estimates that rehab costs would greatly exceed $2.28M
