Imo its a giveaway, but if it was for just board exposure he would've left this as a shell for a while...he was quicksmart as even sitting on the board and doing nothing for the company would tarnish rep.

We have spod on our land im quite sure, just depends how much. Quite a few readings saying spod present on both sides of the river.
Anyways current $6M EV while Klaus's other shell trades at $10.5M EV. I think we have some catching up to do?
