If you bothered to understand you would realise the debate is effectively LRE vs HRE.
NTU is pretty much the last ROW hard rock desperately trying to maintain the fantasy, off a very skinny, remote resource, and has never come even close to putting a sustainable business plan together.
Lynas may well be on the cusp of demonstrating how to do HRE profitably, as a LRE by-product.
