Buyers just keep stepping up to the plate. Someone is trying to build a position, and its very difficult to with this limited supply.
The great thing is we don't know the amounts of the Israeli tenders, Hikvision partnership (which ELS are leveraging) and the extent of the autonomous car projects which they have concurrently running.
I believe we will see $1 shortly. Go ELS!
