Have a look at the Ann dated 4 Oct 2017, last line reads "All efforts are being made to mobilise and commission prior to December 2017" - but no mention of needing $3.4M "for the mobilisation and commissioning of the new Tomra XRT Machine that has recently been purchased; mining operations; and working capital."
Very disappointing to mention this only a week later. I'm out.
