Had a quick look at broker data.

- Between 28/7 and 15/8 (approx. 2 weeks of above average volumes), HarLim bought 1.4m at approx. 18c.
- On 27/9 and 28/9, HarLim was top net seller (-2.4m) and SusPac is the next (-1.2m). That was both at approx. 30c.
- On 3/10, HarLim was top net buyer (+450k, none sold).
- On 4/10, LonLtd was top net buyer (+484k, none sold). That day, the investor presentation was published.

IMO, HarLim took advantage of spike (from 16.5c to 35c) to cash out part of their holdings (maybe 1/3?) and bought back in at much lower price. LonLtd is new insto holder. SusPac sold out.
