Diversity in opinion helps everyone learn and become a smarter investor, even if it is just to learn from others mistakes. In this case, my opinion is that this project is dead in the water. This is garbage acerage, they cant fracture these coal seams and will need expensive infrastructure to get it to market.

Sure, you could make a killing on it if the gas price continues to climb as it has in the last few years seeing as the project is marginal but you'd get a better return fir your risk at the races.
