My guess would be payment in January or Feb next year. There's no real incentive to hurry when you have control in the bag.

So then the equation will be 8.3c (95%) plus brokerage now or the full amount in January with no brokerage.

It's hard to see 284 shareholders actively voting no. Especially when 260 or so hold less than $500 worth of shares and probably have forgotten about their holding altogether.
