I got it - Pilbara. Why bother when you can take the thing over for $50m and keep the upside for yourself. Decades of at surface, high quality, low impurity, low strip, easily liberated, simple to process natural flake sitting in a mining friendly jurisdiction next to a haul road and mining camp. This could not be better unless it was next door to port of Wyndham.
