As for the share price, talk to TS about his inability to deliver for the past 8 years. Have you considered reviewing my previous point about the spin off asset to child company and dilute strategy?
If the assets he is buying are not really worth anything other than marketing spin, this strategy makes more sense for his own personal wealth gain and supports the company actions for the past 8 years.
