Yes, with you on that one, its not a level playing field with placements.
I've come to expect that following the placement some good news will be forthcoming to give the share price a boost and give the sophs and underwriters a chance to make a quick 20% so they can rinse and repeat. Thats the price extracted by the helpful broker brigade.
