Something else in the annual report which deserved more than a throwaway paragraph in the CEO review is them revealing they have entered the embedded network operator business in Sydney through a subsidiary iGENO (https://www.igeno.com.au/). A good comparison for this is LPE, who is more established, but LPE is currently focused in Brisbane.

From my brief readings on this residents of strata units who get an embedded network installed can expect a cost saving of around 20%, and the operators also make a healthy profit (10 - 20%). (This is what I have read for LPE). If TPC are able to get established in Sydney in a good number of units this could become a good earner in a few years.
