The directors of this company are an absolute disgrace.
Two of them have deceived shareholders from the day they try to get elected.
Grant us options over millions of shares & we'll move the company in a new direction. 4 years later, there is no change, other than them getting a wad of shares thanks to the spike in PANR's shareprice, triggering those option clauses.
They get paid A$ as well, yet can't be bothered to put out a PANR update until several days after its been made public elsewhere !!!
Sack them if you get the opportunity, they've not earned a cent for shareholders, only lined there own pockets.
