As well as being the Chairman of the Company’s Board, Russell is a nonexecutive director and chairman for a number of organisations including: Chairman Powerhouse Ventures Limited (ASX PVL), Chairman National eResearch Collaboration and Tools project for the Federal Government, Wunderman Australia, Bienalto, The Resolution, Algonquin Investments, the Victorian Government Purchasing Board and the Alannah and Madeline Foundation. In 2010 he was elected an Honorary Member of the Australian Computer Society, from 2011- 2014 he was a National Board member and Treasurer of the Australian Information Industry Association and was made a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2011.
