Noticed an Australians entity called leyshon energy has been deregistered Aug2017, would like to know what’s happening to the BVI registered company and the remaining million+ that Paul Atherley had squirrelled away for provisions and wind up costs. Disgrace this has taken so long and there has been no communication. Is it actually legal? I thought as a minimum a BVI register company had to have an AGM every 18months. No longer a matching facility on JPJenkins either.
