On a more positive note, sounds like there is a lot of support for the shooting down of the excessive and cheap options, as well as Billing's re-election.
Each and every year, at this time of the year I have the same thought. When a board get together and discuss setting of the number and strike of options, of course they are going to look after each other. It'd be to awkward otherwise.
This is my own opinion only, but imagine if Simon thought that Mick was a passenger, and didn't think he was entitled to a fistful of options. It'd take a ruthless man to look him in the eye and tell him that, in front of his peers.
I think Mick has done his job, but it's time for fresh blood. Look what happened to the company after we instilled a new MD. Strength to strength.
