Look in the consolidated P&L, capitalising exploration and other costs is below the line, everyone does it. An exploration company cannot expense into capital above the line as a developer or producer can as they have no means of depreciating the capex.
Yes i do believe that they have only spent $36k in 3 years because that is what they have reported to the ASX. it's not fake news, or altered by the ASX in some shady conspiracy, it's in their annual report in black and white.
