Agreed it was blatant insider trader but I'd like to think that it came from the Chinese side of negotiations rather than ZNO. Not sure it would have been in ZNO's best interests to point the finger or assign blame before signing the deal... It is an ordinary situation but I don't think it is necessarily reflective of the company and our small share registry exacerbated the situation.
