What would be a good outcome for TAM would the sale of its 40% ownership in CTP to NST once it has started production with shares in NST which would be in specie distribution to TAM shareholders.
This is what BNR shares got when they sold the Nicholson mine to PNR. A 1 for 2 share in PNR.
