Alright, 1.5b shares currently escrowed, including director shares. So there is enough liquidity for any insto to grab a big chunk off-market. They just have to come up with a fair price as I don't think the directors will sell their controlling stake for 2c. I would think of 10c at least. Unknown is the "mood" of the so called " vendor", let's see what happens in January.
About 4-5 weeks to the next 4C, they should have officially announced profitability by then.
