Md1...Clearly rational shareholders hopefully will ignore your "infrequent" negative outbursts
against the Company....and take in the following possibilities...

1. The Radial test on Greenhorn Formation at Florence may well be the first real indication
in Colorado at realising potential oil "productive' levels...within this Formation

2. All indications so far..that real possibility Company's expectations may well
be realised/confirmed at superior production levels as indicated by adjoining Field
and a wealth of geological/production data that came with purchase..etc.
