gonna give all you guys a heads up, I'm gonna sell, yep that's right, that 70K there is mine.....
some years ago I did a hi risk high return with some spare cash, ended up dumping 70K into ORD, ( should have got out at the director sell) but I was young and keen......
My property is doing OK so I'm going to cop the capital loss by selling at 61, ( if anybody wants to take it up). Its not a market changer, I'm not manipulating the price, I'm just selling property and I can realise the capital loss.
