    So, let me get this straight. The company has $5 mil at end of July and wants to raise another $3 mil by end of Sept. So roughly AUD$8 mil. $0 was spent last quarter on development, as most was spent on the evaluation of the concept. And the company needs US$17 million to build the first two smelters?

    What am I missing....

    Something doesn't add up here.
