Wow, so based on the CHESS records it looks like OpenMarkets settled the trade a day earlier than what my contract note says, so I lost the dividend entitlement. Never seen anything like it. Awaiting their official response now but needless to say I'm pretty miffed. Might be looking for a new broker soon.
